"Arden" Home Dec
*** Sold by the Half Yard ***
This fabric is matte on the printed side with a shiny satin finish on the back. It is a mid-weight with a crisp feel. It would work beautifully for drapes or upholstery that will get light use. The abstract geometric print on this fabric has red, gold metallic, and black details. It is hard to distinguish exactly what the print is supposed to be, but it was named Arden, so we think it was possibly inspired by vintage Elizabeth Arden cosmetics. Either way, it's gorgeous! We can't wait to see what you make with it!

This is just one piece from a truly remarkable fabric estate. The owner has decided it’s time to sell her stash - in her words, “I’ll be 84 this year and it’s probably time I start thinking about being old.” She was an interior designer, weaver and still is an art quilter who works completely outside the box. Her fabric stash is full of bold colors and patterns ranging from 1955 on up through the 1990’s. Keep an eye on this shop for more vibrant, high-quality vintage textiles.
